Imagine floating in the warm blue Caribbean waters with mask, fins and snorkel, being caressed by the symphonic songs of the Humpback whales toning and resonating through all the cells of your body, as a mother and her calf come into view beneath you. Curious at your presence, these gentle giants gracefully spiral upward to explore who you are and meet you in their own unique way. As they make visual contact with you only a few feet away, and as you look in their eye, you catch a glimpse of their depth and beauty, of your Oneness of Soul that completely fills you with feelings of deep, deep love. This rare, once in a lifetime experience of being so close and personal with these magnificent beings in their sanctuary is what we are offering you !

Join us to spend 7 days and 7 nights aboard our comfortable mother ship, a world class triple decked trimaran, fast and stable, with great food, superb service, air-conditioned cabins and plenty of entertainment as we moor in the shallow coral reef area of the Silver Banks, the largest Humpback birthing and calving area on the planet, also known as "the Nursery". Aboard smaller launches we cruise the reef for 6-8 hours a day to enjoy close encounters with our whale family. For those who desire, we can slip into the sea for an even closer underwater view of these beautiful beings. During the evening our group joins in council for meditation, sharing and celebration with celestial beings.

Typical Itinerary (subject to reality)

Day 1: The first day is spent traveling to your point of departure, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Our boat will be waiting for you and may be boarded any time after 5:00 P.M. The rest of the evening will be spent exploring the festive atmosphere of Puerto Plata.

Day 2: We will leave for the Silver Banks at 5:30 A.M. Cruising to the whales takes approximately 5 hours, with cetacean sightings along the way. We anchor in an enclosure of pinnacles making for a calm, enjoyable stay. After lunch the launches will spend the afternoon in your first encounter swimming with the whales.

Day 3,4,5,6: The next four days will be spent at anchor in an area known as the Silver Banks. Using small motor launches, we are in the water communing with the whales for 6-8 hours daily. There is time in the late afternoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, exploring sunken treasure or relaxing and generally immersing ones self in the whale experience.

Day 7: We depart the Silver Banks after breakfast. Upon reaching Puerto Plata you are free to enjoy on shore activities at your leisure. The night can be spent aboard.

Day 8: Departure by 9:00 A.M. for your home destination.

* $ 10 "tourist card" (usually available through your airline)
